- My last corporate assignment was with Datamatics Group as Senior VP and Global HR Head. I helped the group in successfully completing the amalgamation process of its two major companies and in bringing about significant cultural and process changes. As a member of the Management Board of the company, I actively worked towards building an image of the Datamatics as a professionally-managed company. Before Datamatics, I was Director – People Relations Management (HRM) with Capgemini Consulting India (Private) Limited, one of the big five global IT & Management Consulting companies. My core strengths lie in: Design and execution of HR interventions Growth Management Establishing HRM in start-up ventures I have a flair for public speaking & relationship building, and am associated with prestigious institutes, as visiting facilitator/faculty.
